Andy Sandoval is the 2023 Committee Chair of Personnel.
Throughout the Bible, the Lord provides many plans or directions on the conduct of our affairs on earth. Within a church there are as many ideas for effective conduct of the work that needs to get done as there are members. The Personnel Committee is an ever changing organization constantly revising, adopting, implementing and discarding policies and procedures. Communication is the foundation of the Personnel Committee, both verbally and in written form. They also must be aware of the needs of the Pastor, the staff, and the expectations of the Congregation in regards to professional and personnel matters. The Committee is always available to address cares and concerns of the congregation.
The committee keeps lines of communication open with the church employees. The revision of the Personnel Policies and Procedures has been the main objective of the committee throughout 2015.
