Second Presbyterian Church is a vital worshipping community of faith guided by the good news proclaimed by Jesus Christ.  Our multigenerational, multicultural, and bilingual community exemplifies the diversity of God's creation unified by God's hope and love.  Our ongoing mission is to cultivate that hope and love for all generations by living and sharing it with the world.

About Us

The traditions of Second Presbyterian Church span the entire year.

• Our Lental Season is a reflection of self and community growth and improvement.
• Our Easter celebration is a weekend of activities including the kid's eggstravanza, an egg hunt, mariachi music and beautiful handmade decorations.
• Our Vacation Bible School program is the effort of three separate churches working together to teach children bible stories through crafts, songs, and games.
• The Fall season includes the Sunday School Rally Day; World Communion Sunday; All Saints Day celebrating the lives of those who passed during the last year; four weeks of Advent candlelighting; caroling to individuals unable to attend services due to poor health; and the Christmas Eve candlelight service that ends with the singing of carols outside surrouding our fire pit.
